Brewer’s Reserve: Dry Hopped Sour Saison
The first release in our new Brewers Reserve Series. A dry saison fermented with a French yeast strain, aged for 9 months in French oak barrels and dry hopped with Topaz hops. Tart, funky and fruity, this dry sour ale has characteristics of citrus, passion fruit, and pineapple with added complexity from maturing in French Oak.
