Spinnakers Chocolate Gin
A velvety smooth infusion of our Botanical Beach Gin and cacao husks from Victoria’s Sirene Chocolate, resulting in a rich dark chocolate aroma with a bright juniper and citrus finish. Try it in an 21st Century or in a G&T with an orange garnish.
Spinnakers Cranberry Gin
Our Cranberry Gin proofed with unsweetened Fraser Valley grown cranberry juice for a refreshing sharpness akin to the fresh acidity typically added to a gin cocktail using fresh citrus.
Spinnakers Lavender Gin
This small batch features our Botanical Gin infused with English Lavender, grown in the Spinnakers guesthouse herb garden and butterfly pea flower for colour.
Spinnakers Limoncello
Inspired by Italian digestivo, our Limoncello has a bright aroma of fresh lemon zest with a balanced sweetness. Serve chilled or try it in a spritz with Spinnakers O’de Vie Sparkling Mineral Water. Saluti!
Spinnakers Knot Single Malt Spirit
Distilled from 100% BC grown barley, this single malt spirit was aged for 18 months on charred American Oak first used to age our breweries Bourban Black Lager. Aromatic notes of caramel, dried fruit and chocolate compliment the natural sweetness of the spirit and gentle tannins. Try it neat or in whiskey-based cocktails.
