We were thrilled to branch out from the amazing and intricate world of beer and dip our toes in the deliciously tart and refreshing world of cider. With a range of apples from the Okanagan and Victoria’s own backyards, we are blending new and tasty creations. All of our ciders are traditionally unfiltered, all natural with no sulphites, unpasteurized, fermented in house and have been tested gluten free.
An off- dry blend of BC Grown Anjou Pear juice and blackberries with a light dry-hopping of citra and mosaic hops.
Dry Hopped with Citra and Mosaic Hops, this off dry apricot apple cider drink is a perfect warm weather drink. Tropical fruit notes from the hops blend with the stone fruit and sweetness of the apricot cider. Blended with our house, dry cider to balance it all off, this cider is sure to please.
This dry Apple Cider is a blend of over 40 different apple varietals that were harvested over Greater Victoria last year. These apples were rescued from backyards by the community, for the community. This backyard blend is rich & complex with flavors and aromas that will excite the palette and the socially minded.
Our ‘House Dry’ is an aromatic blend of different 100% BC grown apple varietals, fermented completely dry with no residual sugars or back sweetening.
Fermented from 100% BC grown MacIntosh apple juice, this refreshingly tart cider was fermented completely dry with no back sweetening while maintaining an unmistakable Mac aroma. Bite in.
