The Brewer’s Reserve Series is a collection of small-batch releases comprised of barrel aged and sour brews. The first release of 2016 being the Dry Hopped Sour Saison- aged in French oak for nine months and dry hopped with Topaz hops.
A variety of oak barrels including wine, tequila, bourbon and whiskey will be used to create interesting and complex profiles. Wild yeast strains and bacteria are expertly introduced to select brews to achieve sour, tart and funky flavours. Other batches will rely on the rich history of the barrel walls for all the character they need.
