If you’ve visited the pub in the last few weeks and noticed the aroma of pumpkin spice, that would have been our Spiced Latte Pumpkin Ale in the works.
We used island grown Kabocha Squash for it’s exceptionally sweet flavour and added signature fall spices like nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon. Lactose is added at the very end of the boil which brings all of the flavours together while adding a smooth and creamy texture. Traditional ale brewing methods were applied which allows for fantastic drinkability and surprisingly light finish.
