Spinnakers prides itself in using fresh local and organic products, thus watch for an ever changing range of baked good items to match the seasons.

Our inspired and adventurous pastry chef, Crystal Duck creates handmade truffles, chocolate barks, and chocolate clusters, with a range of flavors and ingredients to die for. Crystal uses TCHO dark chocolate to create unique truffles accompanied by chilies, lavender, earl grey tea, cocoa, strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and more. We will let you imagine which ingredients are paired, as each type has its own flavor explosion, and all the above ingredients are of course not in one truffle!
