As Victoria's only Gastro Brewpub, Spinnakers defines the art of combining exceptional regional food with outstanding beer. Simply put, Gastro Brewpub means, "gastronomically amazing fare" whether it is on your plate or in your glass. 

Ardent support of local farmers brings only the freshest seasonal fare to your table. All food preparation is done on the premises, from beer based artisan breads to house smoked wild seafood, and unique house specialties using herbs picked from the gardens located on the premises. Inventive daily fresh sheets ensure diners they are only one step removed from the freshness of the farmers fields.

Spinnakers is a pioneer of the North American craft brewing renaissance. Today, Spinnakers brewers craft classic styles of ales, lagers and seasonal specialty beers using only the finest ingredients, pure aquifer water and time honoured old-world brewing techniques. Spinnakers is the choice for local and visiting beer aficionados and occasional tipplers with a taste for the finer sips in life.  

Vinegar

A distinctive aspect of Spinnakers is the on-premise malt vinegar brewery. Traditional oak barrel aging methods integrate with modern technology produce naturally brewed malt vinegars. Spinnakers Malt Vinegar is served in the restaurant in many creative ways! It is also available from Provisions Store located at the entrance of Spinnakers. 

Provisions Store & Bakery

Our Provisions Store is open daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm and is located at the entrance of Spinnakers.

We sell a wide and ever changing selection of house made items. We offer everything from our famous granola and unique beer jellies to our delicious focaccia crisps and malt vinegars. We also sell a selection of local cheeses, Vancouver Island sea salt, TCHO chocolate and much more!

We also sell beer offsales at the same cost as the Spirit Merchants! 

Our on site bakery creates amazing breads, pastries, muffins and other delicious goodies! These items are used in the restaurant and sold at the Provisions Store. 

Chocolate

Our inspired and adventurous pastry chef creates handmade truffles chocolate barks, tarts, cookies, cheesecakes and many more delicious goodies to tempt your taste buds.
