Alpha Acid - 3% - 4.5% Traditionally Saaz hops are used with Bohemian beers and pilsners, but today you�ll venture into another realm. Saaz carries a light bitterness, with a bit of a spicy zing and earthy tones. This will balance with our delicious Nut Brown and create a delicious session ale that can�t be beat. Best experienced with our Focaccia Chicken Sandwich
