SPINNAKERS IPA DRY HOPPED WITH GOLDING HOPS $5/pint
'
Location: Taproom
Alpha Acid: 4% - 5.5%
IPA was first developed to quench the thirst of English soldiers that were not used to the heat of India's blistering sun. They were heavily hopped, and made with a generous amount of grain to provide a high alcohol content. This helped preserve the beer and as it turns out, makes a delicious beer. SPINNAKERS IPA DRY HOPPED WITH MAGNUM HOPS $5/pint

Location: Taproom
Alpha Acid: 12% - 14%
Magnum hops are meant to be married with IPA. They have a strong clean finish, with very herbaceous earthy tones. They were originally developed in the German Hop Institute, and are now used worldwide. We use them in the bittering process of our IPA, so a dry hop will further accentuate these flavours.
