Roundhouse Red Ale Dry Hopped with Fuggle Hops

Our Roundhouse Red Ale has been on tap now for about 2 weeks and it's ready to run the trial of going in a cask. As a subtle, slightly sweet beer, Rob has used earthy fuggle hops to balance the taste and in doing so has created a true masterpiece. This is cask conditioned beer at its best!
Best experianced with our Foccacia Chicken Sandwich.

Spinnakers Stout Dry Hopped with Golding Hops

Don't let the word, "stout," scare you this time of year. It sounds large and heavy but being cask conditioned it's actually very smooth. Golding hops help lighten the flavour by adding a smooth floral consistency.
Best experianced with out Blue Cheese Pizza.

Mitchell's ESB Dry Hopped with Northern Brewer Hops
'
Location: Taproom
This beer is a beautiful twist on a traditional favorite. Dry hopping with a higher alpha acid hop adds a strong citrus flavour and flower aroma. Bring on the hops!

This is as traditional as you can get! As a cask of Extra Special Bitter and original, "Old English Hops," enjoy this sessionable ale with traditional English pub food; you would swear beer is made for it!

Abbott Bitter Dry Hopped with Fuggle Hops
'

This Abbott Bitter is a true dry hopped ale! Fuggles are a widely used hop variety in England which are used in Bitters and Pale Ales. As they aren't as common in North America one won't fins many Bitter style ales on this side of the Atlantic.

Spinnakers IPA Dry Hopped with Magnum Hops
'
Location: Taproom
Magnum hops are meant for IPA's. They have a strong, clean finish with very herbaceous, earthy tones and were originally developed in the German Hop Institute. Magnum hops are now widely used, but recommended for strong ales, IPA's, and pales.

LIONSHEAD CASCADIA DARK ALE WITH GUARNA dry hopped with cascade hops

The Lionshead Cascadia Dark Ale was developed with Carley Hadfield oped her pub in Robson, BC. They needed something delicious to celebrate and a little helop to burn the cadle at both ends, thus was born the Lionshead! This is our second cask of this beer, let us know what you think!

Jameson Scottish Ale Dry Hopped with Goldings
'
Location: Taproom
Goldings have a nice citrusy, sweet, floral aroma which blends well with the sweet, malty profile of the Scottish Ale. This combination is interesting as Goldings were grown in England and shipped to Scotland as many brewers experimented with hops.
