jameson's scottish ale dry hopped goldings. $5 per pint
'
Location: tap room
this will be a truly interesting cask as a traditional scottish ale doesn't use any hops, as they weren't available in scotland. hence, why we are experimenting today! EKG's have a nice citrusy, sweet, floral aroma. this should blend well with the sweet malty profile of the scottish ale. best experience with our smoked bbq beef ribs

IPA dry hopped with Magnum hops $5 per pint
'
Location: Taproom
Magnum hops are meant to be married with IPAs. They have a strong clean finish, with very herbaceous, earthy tones. They were originally developed in the German Hop Institute, and are now widely used, but recommended for strong ales, IPAs and pales. Best experienced with our Salmon Fish & Chips

MITCHELL’S ESB
DRY HOPPED WITH
NORTHERN BREWER HOPS
Alpha Acid - 8% - 10%
This beer should be a beautiful twist on a traditional
bitter style ale. Dry hopping with a higher alpha
acid hop, adds a stronger citrus flavour and a more
apparent flower aroma. An ESB is usually known
for it’s malt character, so let’s make this one a little
more... BC-esque. Bring on the hops!

SPINNAKERS STOUT
DRY HOPPED WITH
CHINOOK HOPS
Alpha Acid - 13.2%
Our stout blends very well with subtle hops, and
even better with something that has a bit of a bite.
These very bitter, and highly aromatic Chinook hops
really put your taste buds on end. There was a point
and time, where hops were used to preserve beers
that were traveling long distances... these days it’s to
tantalize our senses.

BLUE BRIDGE DOUBLE PALE
DRY HOPPED WITH
CENNTENIAL HOPS
Alpha Acid - 7.5% - 11%
Blue Bridge has been one of our biggest hits in the
last little while, and while it has a massive alcohol
content at 8.2%, this hop profile will blow your
mind. Centennial hops are citrusy and flowery,
building a stronger flavour profile from the already
fully flavoured double pale ale.

SPINNAKERS PALE ALE
DRY HOPPED WITH
FUGGLE HOPS
Alpha Acid - 3.8% - 5.5%
A chance seedling that’s come a long way. Over 100
years of popularity in England, Fuggle hops once
accounted for 78% of English grown hops. Ours are
grown a little closer to home, and are still
reminiscent of their roots. Very nice and subtle,
offering a slight spice to characterize a session ale.
