Blue Bridge Dry Hopped with Northern Brewer Hops
'
Location: Taproom
Blue Bridge has a strong malt profile despite it's pale appearance. Northern Brewer hops help accent this by adding a pungent aroma to warn you what's to follow with the Blue Bridge bite: it will sneak up on you. Northern Brewers hops were developed in England and are now cultivated in many countries. Best experianced with our Ciopin feature.

Abbot Bitter Dry Hopped with Fuggle Hops
'
Location: Taproom
A true English dry hopped ale. Fuggles are widely used in England for Bitter and Pale Ales. They aren't common in North America as you just don't find many Bitter style ales on this side of the Atlantic. Best experianced with our Halibut Fish and Chips.

Spinnakers Ale Dry Hopped with Chinook Hops
'
Location: Taproom
Looking to give our unfiltered plae ale a good kick, we've added high alpha acid hops. Chinook hops carry a prominant herbal, almost smokey, character that carries through the initial flavour. Making the taste more subtle as you settel into your pint. Best experianced with our Salmon Fettucini.

Mitchell's ESB Dry Hopped with Northern Brewers Hops
'
Location: Taproom
This beer is a beautiful twist on the traditional bitter style ale. Dry hopping with a higher alpha acid hop adds a stronger citrus flavour and a more apparent floral aroma. An ESB is usually known for its malt character but we've made this one a little more BC-esque. Best experianced with our Salmon Fish and Chips.

A classic match of pale ale and a classic, "noble," hop. These two were made for eachother as the hops add a rich, flowery profile to the light flavours of the pale ale. Spinnakers Stout dry infused with cocoa dry hopped with Golding. $5 per pint
'
Location: Taproom
Alpha Acid - 4% - 5.5%
Our stout blends very well with subtle hops, and to
add a bit more of a kick, we’ve also accentuated the
flavour by adding cocoa! This is a great beer for
dessert after a long day of work, and a big delicious
meal. Skip the food pairing, take this guy in all on
it’s own.

Blue Bridge dry hopped with Cenntenial Hops $5.00 per pint
'
Location: Taproom
Alpha Acid - 7.5% - 11%
Blue Bridge has been one of our biggest hits in the
last little while, and while it has a massive alcohol
content at 8.2%, this hop profile will blow your
mind. Centennial hops are citrusy and flowery,
building a stronger flavour profile from the already
fully flavoured double pale ale.
