Island to Island Beer Pairing Dinner 7:00pm – 10:00pm For one special evening and for the first time ever, five of Vancouver Island’s top craft breweries will be highlighted at a beer dinner at Granville Island’s Edible Canada at the Market. One feature beer each from Driftwood, Hoyne, Phillips, Spinnakers and Swans will be showcased, and paired with Chef Tom Lee’s new Canadian cuisine. Join us for an evening of beer and the women behind them. “Sisters of the Tap” (Formally known as Women and Beer) will feature six breweries and five courses complimenting the different styles and personalities of each beer.
