The best fish and chips pairing you could possibly
hope for. Golding’s tend to be very floral and not

Spinnakers IPA Dry Hopped with Golding Hops
'
Location: Taproom
The first time in recent history that we decided to
dry hop our IPA with Goldings, it was a massive
success. To the extent that we are serving it twice
this week! Enjoy a very well balanced beer, as our
IPA is pretty balanced to begin with, being enhanced
with a subtle, smooth, sweet flavour. Choose
something with a spice to complement this cask...

BLUE BRIDGE DRY HOPPED WITH CENNTENIAL HOPS $5 A PINT!
'
Location: Taproom
Alpha Acid - 7.5% - 11%
Best experienced with our Salmon Fish & Chips
Blue Bridge has been one of our biggest hits in the
last little while, and while it has a massive alcohol
content at 8.2%, this hop profile will blow your
mind. Centennial hops are citrusy and flowery,
building a stronger flavour profile from the already
fully flavoured double pale ale.

SPINNAKERS IPA DRY HOPPED WITH MAGNUM HOPS $5 a pint!
'

Magnum hops are meant to be married with IPA’s.
They have a strong clean finish, with very
herbaceous, earthy tones. They were originally
developed in the German Hop Institute, and are now
widely used, but recommended for strong ales, IPA’s
and pales.

SPINNAKERS ALE DRY HOPPED WITH FUGGLED HOPS $5 A PINT!
'
Location: TAPROOM
A chance seedling that’s come a long way. Over 100
years of popularity in England, Fuggle hops once
accounted for 78% of English grown hops. Ours are
grown a little closer to home, and are still
reminiscent of their roots. Very nice and subtle,
offering a slight spice to characterize a session ale.

ABBOTT BITTER DRY HOPPED WITH FUGGLE HOPS $5 per pint
'
Location: Alpha Acid - 4% - 5.5%
A true English dry hopped ale. Fuggles are a widely
used hop variety in England used in Bitters and Pale
Ales. They aren’t as common in North America
these days, just as you don’t find many Bitter style
ales on this side of the Atlantic.

Spinnakers Ale Dry Hopped with Tettnanger Hops
'
Location: Taproom
A classic match of pale ale and the quintessential, "noble," hop. These two are made for eachother as the hops ass a rich flowery profile to the light flavours of the pale ale. These hops are now also grown in the USA as they originated as one of the hops strains in Germany.
