Oyster Stout Launch

We will be launching our delicious Holliewood Oyster Stout on Saturday, January 19th at Spinnakers. Join us in the pub for some delicious beer and a unique pairing compliments of the beer brewing process.
Oyster Pate – a creamy dip of oysters braised in stout wort straight from the mash tun served up with pickled local vegetables, naturally fermented Red Fife Baguette & Crostini’ for $6.
